The City of Three Rivers Water Department is shutting water off in an area on Thursday, June 24, 2010 from 9 a.m. to aproximately 11 a.m. to retire a water main on South Andrews. Affected homes include those on Spring Street, Andrews Street, Lafayette Street, Constantine Street, Millard from Andrews to Constantine, and King Street.

The maintenance and inspection of the City of Three Rivers elevated water tank has been completed. Bacterialogical samples have been drawn from the system and results are negative. The Farmer’s Market is now open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays through October in Scidmore Park. Vendors will be selling fresh produce and homemade items.
