What happens if a due date falls on a weekend?
Taxes will be collected on the following Monday, provided it is not a holiday, without penalty or interest.

Where do I pay my tax bill if it’s overdue?
Current year taxes are collected at the Finance Department until February 28 of the next year. As of March 1, they are returned delinquent and made payable to the St. Joseph County Treasurer.

How can I get tax information on a property?
A computer is available in our lobby as a public viewing system. You can look up such information as who owns a property, their mailing address, amount of property taxes and other assessing information
